The Government of Czechia has approved a National Plan for Persons with Disabilities for 2026-2030, which aims to remove several barriers Czech citizens with disabilities face in their everyday lives.

The Plan will implement specific measures to improve accessibility in public buildings such as removing barriers in entrances, making toilets accessible, improving interior wayfinding.

It will also make roads and transport infrastructure accessible for pedestrians by creating barrier-free routes. Additionally, the plan will provide financial support.
