The EU’s Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions funding programme has opened its call for postdoctoral fellowships. The grants will help researchers acquire new skills and develop their careers. With a budget of €404.3 million, the grants are expected to fund over 1600 projects. Apply before 10 September.
The European Commission will fund 149 doctoral programmes with €608.6 million to train over 1800 PhD candidates in and outside academia. The doctorates will investigate topics such as developing privacy for smart speech technology and using artificial intelligence in Parkinson’s disease.
